When I discovered the ancient teachings of Ayurveda many years ago, it completely changed my life. When we live in alignment with nature and our environment, it creates balance and harmony, so we can live our best life.

When I founded Jivi Spa, I wanted to create a space where I can share my learnings with other women and show them the impact Ayurvedic massage and beauty treatments can have on their health and body. But more importantly, I wanted to create a space for you to escape the stresses of daily life for a while, completely relax and rejuvenate.
