How do I book an appointment?
The fastest and easiest way to book your appointment at Jivi Spa is through our online booking system.
Simply select the beauty treatment and/or massage you would like to book and select an available time slot in the calendar.
Of course, if you have any questions prior to making a booking, you can always contact us here.
How long will my appointment take?
The duration of your appointment depends on the type and number of treatments you have selected. When choosing your treatment options, the duration of each service is displayed, so you can plan and put aside enough time for your appointment.
Here at Jivi Spa in Wishart we only use natural products of the highest quality, to protect your skin and ensure you get the best possible results.
How much do treatments at Jivi Spa cost?
At Jivi Spa, we have a wide selection of beauty treatments and massages available. Your investment depends on the type and number of treatments you select.
Our services range from $15 – $300.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
We understand that your plans can change and you may wish to move or cancel your appointment. But please keep in mind that we purposely block out time for your treatment and may even turn down other bookings during your appointed time slot. So, please be respectful and consider our time as well.
We go through a lot of effort behind the scenes to prepare the treatment room and product, so you have the most enjoyable experience and our Wishart Beauty Spa.
If you do need to cancel for unforeseen reasons, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Thereafter, we may charge a cancellation fee of $30.00.
No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booking’s total value.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a time that suits you better.
Do you provide beauty services for men?
When we started Jivi SPA, we wanted to create a sanctuary for women to escape the day for a little while, relax and rejuvenate. So, from the start, we specialised in providing the best possible beauty services for women and don’t currently offer services for men.
There are many other beauty salons in Brisbane that cater to both men and women.
Jivi Spa is a women-led salon catering to women only. Thank you for respecting our decision to provide services to women only.

How much time will be needed for my appointment?
Depending on the choice of your treatment, appointments can take anywhere between 30-60 minutes.
If you booked multiple treatments or one of our popular SPA packages, your appointment can take up to 2 hours.
We always make sure to provide you with a time frame at the time of booking and in our treatment descriptions. If you are still unsure of how much time to plan for, just send us a message and we’ll let you know in advance, so you can plan in enough time.
We also recommend you arrive a few minutes before your appointment, so we can start on time.
Are your treatments suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Absolutely! We only use 100% natural products during all our treatments that are suitable for sensitive skin types. Our philosophy is, “If you can’t ingest it, don’t put it on your skin.”
When recommending a treatment, we always take into account your individual skin type, needs, and preferences. Feel free to contact us anytime should you wish to discuss your specific needs.

Where is Jivi Spa located?
Our treatment room is located at 92 Kavanagh Rd, Wishart, Brisbane. Please note that we operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. To book an appointment, please click here.

Is there customer parking?
Street parking is available, however, we do not have dedicated customer parking.
If you don’t live far away, we recommend catching an Uber to your appointment or having someone chauffeur you. That way you can enjoy a little relaxation before and after your treatment.
Can I just drop in for a massage or beauty treatment?
At Jivi Spa, we operate by appointment only and require all treatments to be booked in advance.
