A few Things Your Should Know
At Jivi Spa, we respect your privacy and care about the safety of our clients and staff. Therefore, proper etiquette at our beauty salon is required at all times.
Appointment Booking
The easiest way to book your appointment is through our website’s booking page where you can simply select your treatment, date and treatment time. There is also an option to let us know of any special requests or requirement. While we try our best to accomodate each and everyone’s needs, we reserve the right to accept or decline any requests that aren’t part of our treatment regiment.
Medical Conditions
Please let us know about any medical conditions you have prior to your appointment, such as high or low blood pressure, recent surgical procedures, any medications you are on, and if you are pregnant. In most cases, this won’t affect your treatment, however, your safety and well-being is of utmost importance at Jivi Spa.
Arriving on Time
We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure the required consultation form can be completed in order to provide the best possible experience and accommodate your individual needs.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in your treatment time being reduced, as your treatment will end on schedule, so that the next client is not inconvenienced. As mentioned above, we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Women-Only Salon
Jivi Spa is Wishart’s first female-only beauty salon. It was created by women for women as a place to escape the stress of daily life, and find peace and relaxation. If you are a gentleman looking for a massage or beauty treatment, we kindly ask you to respect this decision and thank you for your understanding. There are many other beauty salons in Brisbane offering a customised experience for men.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, this enables us to provide service to our other valued clients. We consider no-shows utterly disrespectful and may black list guest who repeatedly missed their appointment without notice.
Confirmation
As a courteous reminder, a confirmation call or text will be given 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please reply ‘YES’ if you can make this appointment or contact Jivi Spa to reschedule.
Gift Voucher Redemptions
All our gift vouchers will either be for a specific treatment/spa package or a nominated value. Please note the vouchers conditions, as they may differ. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
